Overview

Responsibilities:

Promote full-service lease, rental, and contract maintenance in assigned area of responsibility
Take full advantage of available resources for industry training and education
Achieve sales and profitability objectives for full-service lease and contract maintenance per annual sales goals
Contribute to the growth of our full-service lease fleet through new customer acquisitions
Prospecting activity properly logged in CRM
Follow the established rating policy for all full-service lease, rental, and contract maintenance
Create brand awareness by maintaining a high presence in the assigned AOR
Review all specs, rate sheets, and proposals with sales manager to ensure accuracy
Enhance the overall operation of the dealership by supporting Sales, Parts, Body shop, and Service
Manage key vendor and customer relationships
Communicate regularly with assigned accounts and maintain high customer satisfaction
Assist with the collection from overdue accounts as needed
Complete reports assigned by sales manager
Promote and Represent Lakeside International Trucks and Badgerland Idealease while at work and in the Market

Qualifications:

High School graduate or equivalent
Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing
Disciplined with strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills
Ability to work with minimal supervision
Intermediate experience with Microsoft Office preferred
