Applicants should have strong leadership and supervisory skills. Lakeside Center is a 122-bed skilled nursing facility that offers short-term rehabilitation, long term care, palliative care, hospice services and outpatient rehabilitation. It is our mission as a team to provide our residents with high quality care while promoting their optimum health and well-being.
