Position Title and Summary
The Inside Sales Executive is responsible for managing a book of existing customers. This includes building and maintaining relationships with customers through proactive and reactive retention efforts, assisting customers with changing service needs, assisting with any customer questions or concerns and negotiation service agreements. Responsibilities also include handling potential new business from existing customers and customer referrals. This position will also work with the Account Executives to provide sales support.

Sales Manager

Responsibilities
  • Initiate outbound proactive retention calls to existing customers to ensure we are meeting their needs and continued relationships.
  • Manage a book of current business, sign new accounts, and evaluate profit levels on current customers.
  • Utilize CRM tool on a daily basis, scheduling and documenting all activities, grow potential customer list through relentless cold calling
  • Complete profitable service agreement re-signs, extend terms, change service levels, and other tasks assigned by the Sales Manager
  • Work with customer service team to follow up on sales opportunities
  • Update and populate the CRM tool with current data, including inputting canceled and lost account information
  • Perform other job duties as required
Qualifications / Knowledge / Critical Skills
  • High School diploma or GED, Bachelor Degree preferred
  • One-year experience in front of the customer that includes addressing customer needs
  • Experience using Salesforce CRM preferred
  • Highly skilled in MS Office Applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Self-motivated with a passion to help people
  • Strong listening skills
  • Strong ability to multi-task
  • Ability to perform in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills
  • Pro-Active, quick-learner and self-starter
  • Strong organizational skills
Physical Demands / Environmental Factors
  • While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; and talk or hear.
  • Occasionally required to stand and walk.
  • Must frequently lift and/or move up to 10 pounds.
  • Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.
  • Occasional local travel required
