Lakes Psychiatric Center is an outpatient mental health office. We provide comprehensive psychiatric and psychotherapy services for a vast array of mental health issues. These include depression, anxiety issues, bipolar disorder, psychotic illness, substance abuse and addiction, trauma related issues, relationship difficulties, life transitions, and behavior problems among others. We were established in 2014.
Dynamic growing company is searching for new front desk help. Candidates must be dependable, can multitask, and hard working as our center is fast paced.
Duties include scheduling appointments, scanning, taking payments, explaining insurance benefits and charges, patient correspondence, and invoicing. Must possess strong customer service skills, dependable and be a team player!
Looking for a highly motivated person(s) for clerical and administrative support to perform numerous general office, computer related (data entry) and receptionist duties to optimize workflow procedures in the office.
This job is directly interfacing with patients, facilitating communications and interactions between the managers, the psychiatrist and the patients. Also, helping the office run smoothly, directly assisting the managers and psychiatrist/owner, and interacting with drug representatives are just a few of the responsibilities!
· Full Time - Hours Monday through Friday 9am-4:30pm
· Hours vary, but 9am to 4pm should be expected.
· Base pay is $18 per hour!
Please be aware that this position does not offer medical benefits. After 90 days of employment, we offer a salaried position.
