- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Knowledge of food preparation and sanitation procedures.
- Must be reliable.
- Be able to work in a team environment.
- Uphold and ensure compliance of all LCS policies and procedures.
- Maintain a professional appearance.
- Maintains a clean kitchen, properly washes and sorts soiled dishes, and preps food as needed. Keeps dish area free of clutter and organized.
- Sets up dish stations, including dish machines and sinks.
- Maintains clean/dry floors throughout the shift.
- Properly washes, stacks, and stores china, glassware, silverware, cookware, and storage containers.
- Changes water of machines and sinks every two hours, or more often as requried and properly uses chemical dilutions.
- Assists in the timely storing of food deliveries.
- Maintains trash cans throughout shift and removes full trashcans and boxes at the end of each shift.
- Mainains the dry storage area and the organization of storage shelves.
- Follow the posted daiy dish cleaning duties.
- Assist in wiping tables and sweep in dining room.
- Assists in food prep and any other duties set forth or requests by Food Service Manager as needed.
- Must possess a positive attitude and work well with others.
- Ability to kneel, courch, squat, climb, stand, bend, lift up to 50 lbs
- Ability to work in extreme termperatures
- Ability to stand for long periods of time
