Recreation Supervisor

Employment Requirements involve but are not limited to:

• Assist Recreation Management with day-to-day operations of both the Lodge and the Sail Club including:
• Oversight of Lake San Marcos rules and regulations and Lakehouse Resort Sail Club policies to encourage a pleasant experience for both members and customers.
• Implement and enforce company policy to ensure compliance of all members and guests.
• Supervise a small staff of employees to ensure employment compliance per company policy.
• Recommend changes to management that are beneficial to employees, members, and guests alike.
• Assist management with financial accountability of memberships via accounting practices.
• Participate in member communication via phone calls and emails regarding various requirements and membership compliance.
• Create rapport with members to continue, create and improve member morale.
• Ensure accuracy for membership documentation and programs.
• Assist in hands on reservations for the Lakehouse Resort Sail Club.
• Assist resort with events such as concerts, carnivals, holiday parties, etc.
• Flexibility with schedule to meet company needs and staffing requirements.
• Lake cleanup participation when needed on occasion.
• Inspect all properties for cleanliness and tidiness up to resort standards.
• Book and execute member events on property.
• Knowledge of Microsoft products, computer literacy
• Must have ability to work weekends.
• Ability to lift 50lbs overhead.
