DUTIES:

- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner

- Answer and direct phone calls, take messages when necessary

- Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries

- Maintain a clean and organized reception area

- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars

- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently

- Assist with order entry and inventory management

- Provide general administrative support to the office staff

- Provide callers with information about facility

- Basic accounting principles is a plus

- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle inquiries and resolve issues professionally

- Experience working in a long-term care setting is an advantage

- Familiarity with phone systems and ability to handle multiple phone lines

-**MUST BE ABLE TO PASS A LEVEL TWO BACKGROUND SCREENING AND FINGERPRINTING**

Pay: $14.00 - $15.30 per hour
