Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Remodeling Estimator to join our team. As a Remodeling Estimator, you will play a crucial role in our remodeling projects by accurately estimating costs and providing valuable insights for project planning and decision-making. Responsibilities:

- Analyze remodeling plans and specifications to determine project requirements.

- Prepare accurate cost estimates for labor, materials, and equipment.

- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to gather necessary information for estimates.

- Utilize remodeling estimating software to generate detailed cost breakdowns.

- Evaluate bids from subcontractors and suppliers to ensure competitive pricing.

- Review project scope changes and provide updated cost estimates.

- Participate in pre-remodeling meetings and site visits as required.

- Prepare comprehensive bid proposals for clients.

- Negotiate contracts with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers.

- Monitor project costs throughout the remodeling process and identify areas for cost savings.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience as a Remodeling Estimator or similar role.

- Strong knowledge of remodeling estimating principles and techniques.

- Proficiency in remodeling management software.

- Excellent mathematical and analytical skills.

- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications.

- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

- Effective communication and negotiation skills.

- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
