Lake Huron CU is seeking a motivated, part-time Teller/Call Center Representative for its branch in Saginaw. Our Member Service Representative assists our members with questions about their accounts, balances, currency, coin and checks. The successful candidate must provide great customer service regarding daily transactions. He or she must effectively resolve member problems and or disputes in a timely and professional manner. The candidate must have ability to verbally communicate clearly and professionally toward members and staff, must be knowledgeable and perform each essential duty with the utmost quality, and must be able to assist our members in making the proper choice within our services that fit the needs to the individual person. The qualified applicant will be responding to member inquiries and requests received via telephone and email in the call center. The ideal candidate will be knowledgeable in banking, services offered, emanate effective problem solving skills, display high quality service skills, educate on products offered and help foster a TEAM atmosphere. Prior financial institution, sales experience or phone experience is a plus. Must be available for floating scheduling M-F 8am-6pm plus some Saturdays.

Pay: $13.00 - $16.00 per hour
