Personal Lines Customer Service Representative

Future Insurance is seeking a motivated and detail oriented individual to be responsible for all aspects of personal lines administration, while fostering a positive work environment with excellent customer service and producer support.

Job Duties:

· Maintain a superior level of client service and satisfaction

· Meet agency retention targets through proactive account management and exceptional client care

· Assist producers in sales efforts by managing accounts once bound

· Process policy endorsements, payments, certificates, documentation in accordance with agency procedures guidelines

· Document and uphold administrative procedures

Requirements:

· Strong analytical skills and keen attention to details

· State of Michigan P&C insurance license, preferably with national designation

· Excellent time management, communication, and organization skills

· Proficiency with MS Excel, Word, and Carrier Proprietary Systems

· Understanding of insurance contract language

· Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment

· Uphold high ethical standards

· Agency Management Software experience (AMS360 a plus)

· High School Diploma or equivalent

Pay: $38,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
