Qualifications of Generator Service Sales Representative

• Possession of a high school diploma or equivalent (GED), or one to three years of relevant sales experience
• Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities
• Demonstrated aptitude in customer service
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Familiarity with Salesforce or previous exposure to other CRM software is advantageous

Job Responsibilities of a Generator Service Sales Representative :

• Cultivates relationships with current and potential clients to uphold exceptional customer service standards for power generation maintenance
• Prepares and discusses contract proposals with prospective clients
• Supports the Service Department by coordinating with customers regarding requested or identified repairs during maintenance
• Represents company at industry functions, trade shows, and events
• Implements strategic and creative approaches to expand sales and penetrate new market areas
