Description: The Multilingual Learning teaching assistant supports students eligible for ESL in the classroom setting. Working under the direct instruction of a certified teacher, the Multilingual Learning teaching assistant is expected to exercise independent judgment, adapt learning materials and activities to meet multilingual students' academic and social-emotional needs, and work one-to-one with individual students to support their discipline-specific learning and language acquisition. This is a 1.0 MTSS Interventionist position.
Starting Rate: $24.82/hr
Qualifications:

• Illinois Professional Educator License with Stipulations (PARA)
• Can speak Spanish - preferred
