Job Description/Purpose: A CNC operator is vital to the success of the Profit Center (PC) team, to produce parts on time for our customers. The CNC operator programs and operates 3 CNC routers producing a variety of parts with various plastic materials. The CNC operator will be required to inspect for quality dimensionally and aesthetics. You are required to program from customer supplied drawings (dxf, dwg) as well as creating a drawing from scratch or a model.

Position Responsibilities:

· Performs daily programming and operation of 3 axis CNC router

·Safely and effectively operates the equipment.

·Works with the warehouse supervisor and sales team to set a production schedule to make sure we are completing jobs by due dates required, program parts via cad in advance of running the job.

·Records finished goods produced

· Post processing of parts as required

· Other duties as required.

·Preference is experience working with plastics but not requirement.

·Understands different tooling and what would needed to cut various processes.

· Understands router maintenance and is able to adapt to the requirements needed to machine different materials.

· Enroute is what we are currently using for drawing parts.
