Laguna Dental is Hiring a Dental Front Office Near Laguna Niguel, CA

Laguna Dental is looking for an experienced (2 years), highly motivated, energetic, personable, well organized, works well individually and with others, has good time management skills, and an excellent coordinator front office. Laguna Dental is a private office, run by one dentist and we see one patient at a time. We are a private PPO/Fee For Service practice. Candidates should be capable of,

  • Professionally answers phone calls, checks messages, and schedules patients
  • Prepares and presents treatment plans to patients using the Eaglesoft program (We can train candidates)
  • Makes Insurance claims and collects co-payments from patients.
  • Has a friendly personality, confidence, and a fast learner.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $23.00 - $25.00 per hour

Benefits:

  • Paid time off
  • Retirement plan

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Monday to Friday
  • Overtime

Education:

  • High school or equivalent (Preferred)

Experience:

  • Dental receptionist: 2 years (Preferred)
  • Eaglesoft: 1 year (Preferred)
