Experienced Litigation Attorney (Century City)

Our office exclusively handles Lemon Law Claims against all major manufactures such as, General Motors, Jeep, Ford, KIA, Mercedes-Benz, McLaren, Bentley, and more.

Our office has hundreds of active cases. The ideal candidate will receive around 50-75 litigation files on day one, along with a Personal Paralegal and access to office support staff to assist with daily tasks.

This position comes with a private office in a beautiful newly constructed commercial office building adjacent to Century City. On-Site Parking is also included with the position. 

Applicant must have an understanding of the basic's of Civil Litigation, must be open minded, and a team player;  someone who is friendly, creative, and personable, yet serious and dedicated.

Qualifications:

1. Litigation Experience (3-5 Years).

2. Lemon Law/Consumer Protection Litigation Experience (1 Year Preferred).

3. Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.

4. Some Knowledge and/or experience with automotive mechanics, electronics, and technology (preferred).

5. Team Player.

6. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities:

Managing junior associates, represent clients in court and/or before several Car Manufacturers, prepare and draft legal documents on behalf of clients and firm, advise clients on business and legal transactions pertaining to their case, negotiate settlements for legal disputes, perform administrative and/or management functions related to the practice of law.
