Job Overview:
We are currently seeking a dedicated and reliable Security Officer to join our team. As a Security Officer, you will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for our guests and employees. This is a vital role in ensuring the protection of people, property, and assets.

Duties:
- Enforce access control procedures by verifying the identification of individuals entering the premises
- Respond promptly to alarms and emergency situations, taking appropriate action as necessary
- Provide excellent customer service by assisting guests and addressing their inquiries or concerns
- Collaborate with law enforcement agencies when necessary to report incidents or provide assistance
- Conduct investigations into security-related incidents, documenting findings and preparing detailed reports
- Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all times

Skills:
- Strong knowledge of security procedures and protocols
- Familiarity with CCTV systems and other security equipment
- Ability to handle emergency situations calmly and effectively
- Proficient in conflict management techniques
- Excellent observation skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

QUALIFICATIONS:

NYS Security License (Required)
High school or equivalent (Preferred)
Security: 1 year (Preferred)

Late night and weekend availability is also required.
