POSITION OVERVIEW: 

Be a Technology Leader at Lactalis! In this position, you will play a key leadership role in providing overall technology leadership for the enterprise applications for Business Analytics and Reporting used by the Lactalis US Business Units. You will need to have both strategic and tactical capabilities, excellence in business processes, and a deep understanding of SAP analytical solutions, as well as other enterprise analytical applications. 

The Senior Manager of Business Analytics and Reporting oversees business analytics strategy, projects and processes to provide data-driven insights related to business performance used to advise and develop strategies for operational improvements and future business initiatives. Through a partnership with the IT organization and the relevant business teams, Business Analytics and Reporting Team is accountable for developing and delivering innovative analytic reporting solutions that enable and support improved business performance and insight. 

Key Accountabilities:

• Oversee the data analytics strategy to identify business improvement opportunities and present them to Lactalis management.
• Lead a team of analytics professionals to deliver high quality analytics supporting business objectives and priorities.
• Work directly with business leaders to discuss trends and manage stakeholder expectations with respect to analytics-related projects.
• Guide and lead analytics-based projects based on a standard methodology, aligned with global guidelines
• Collaborate across US business units to deliver unified solutions that utilize improved analytics capabilities. 
• Maintain a culture of high-quality output and exceptional customer service by effectively communicating at all levels
• Develop and present presentations suitable to different levels of the organization, including C-level. 
• Maintain standard and consistent reporting of team activities to communicate work progress and to highlight the teams work
• Champion the process of optimizing Reporting and Analytics by collaborating effectively across the business and technical teams.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to design tests and reporting tools that will be instrumental to publish dashboards/presentations
• Provide insights and guidance on deploying Analytics applications, leveraging the existing Analytics architecture
• Lead pilots and proof of concept sessions for potential solutions to elicit requirements with a strong focus on business capability maturity to drive prioritization discussions
• Define and maintain business requirement documentation standards to ensure sufficient detail and clarity, collaborating with business partners to ensure that these are captured correctly with clear and complete understanding of process and technology implications
• Lead a team of 3 SAP Analytics resources 
• Lead and manage business case development and ROI presentations
• Be a key liaison between IT and the business teams to plan and execute high value-based projects
• Manage technical standards and SAP Template standards in accordance with the SAP Governance committee policies
• Travel may be required for on-site support at Lactalis facilities 

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems, Business or other related academic discipline
• 12 years experience in a large-scale, enterprise environment
• 10 years experience in providing business analytics solutions, within an SAP environment utilizing a CoE support model
• 5 years experience as a manager of people, to direct, develop and mentor the team members
• Strong background in Analytics and Reporting, leveraging existing and new tools to support business objectives
• Strong background in ERP concepts, such as finance, sales, customer service, supply chain, planning, manufacturing, and production in the Food Manufacturing industry (CPG).
• Experience working with multiple Business Unit stakeholders to refine and consolidate a shared service application support and development team to meet business needs
• Experience and knowledge of end-to-end IT software development lifecycle from idea conception through planning, requirements, design, development, testing, deployment, support and transition into run processes
• Experience with SAP BW/4 HANA with LSA modeling principles
• Experience with front-end reporting solutions is preferred, e.g., Power BI, Business Objects, TM1, QlikView
• Experience with the alignment to a global model and management of localizations
• Experience with the management of multiple data sources from SAP and non-SAP systems
• Strong analytical, communication, budget planning, time-management, facilitation, presentation, influencing and project/portfolio management skills
• Independent, self-motivated, self-managing, proactive and responsive with a bias for action and results
• High level of personal integrity consistent with Lactalis core values
• Proficiency in support ticket and project management applications
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office products (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
