LabCorp is Hiring a Customer service support Near Durham, NC

The Client Services Support Representative will provide support of the Molecular Genetics department at CMBP in RTP, NC.

This position requires working with several different support groups and becoming familiar with a wide variety of tests performed by the department.

The ideal candidate will be highly motivated, has attention to detail, good with work with multiple systems simultaneously and willing to take on new challenges.

  • Minimum Years of Experience Required : High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
  • Description of Minimum Experience Required :
  • Computer skills required.
  • General knowledge of Microsoft office required.
  • Preferred Years of Experience Required : 2 or more
  • Experience in the healthcare industry, in a customer-facing role, such as a physician’s office or hospital highly desired
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills and excellent ability to listen and respond (required)
  • Strong flexibility and the ability to manage and adapt to changing priorities quickly
  • Ensure accurate and complete information is captured and conveyed to customers as a solution.
  • Possesses adaptability to utilize various software programs and technologies to access customer information and provide assistance.
  • Quickly and effectively identify problems and develop solutions to help customers.
  • Possesses adequate knowledge to help the customer resolve the issue, and help them prevent it in the future
  • Actively reaches out to supervisor or designee for more work without being asked
  • Must collaborate with other team members to share knowledge and provide the best customer service.
  • Ability to express empathy or build rapport during client interactions.
  • Handles client interactions with patience and tenacity
  • Highly motivated individual who is able to work in a Work From Home environment eventually.
