La Pecora Bianca is rapidly growing and is seeking an Assistant Director of Facilities to oversee the maintenance and facilities of all current and future locations!
The ideal candidate has 6-10 years experience in a leadership role in facilities for a multi-unit restaurant group or hotel, or be a General Contractor or Mechanical Engineer. Strong technical knowledge of all aspects of restaurant facilities maintenance, including HVAC, refrigeration, food prep and production equipment, electrical, plumbing and building systems, as well as governing codes, safety (OSHA) rules, sanitation (NSF), and building codes (BOCA), is required.

- Manage preventive maintenance of facility equipment for all locations
- Ensure facilities are in code and regulatory compliance with federal, state, and local agencies
- Oversee and direct contractors and ensures work is completed efficiently and effectively
- Maintain accurate records of the conditions of all facilities in the buildings
- Work closely with vendor partners on contractual commitments
- Oversee general cleanliness of back of the house food and beverage areas, ensuring a clean, neat, and organized work area
- Train and educate Porter teams on proper maintenance and cleaning procedures
- Work closely with vendor partners on contractual commitments and ensure expected level of service is received
- Inspect all properties on a regular basis to ensure the work conforms to specifications, budget,and initiate any repair or replacement needs and/or adjustment of working procedures
- Create and maintain facilities systems for tracking all assets, preventative maintenance, work orders and construction projects
- Miscellaneous project management and procurement as needed
- Restaurant renovations/improvements, corporate office, etc
