La Fonda on Main is looking for a competent and passionate Food Expeditor to join our culinary team! As an expeditor, you will serve as a point of contact for the kitchen and wait staff. You will assist and manage the final preparation of various dishes, as well as control and oversee dishes before they leave the kitchen. You will also assist with some of the kitchen prep like making tortillas.
We are a family-owned business with a reputation for warm hospitality and excellent service. Join us in serving up the best interior Mexican cuisine on our beautiful, luscious patio and historic dining room at San Antonio's oldest Mexican restaurant!
