Mama’s is looking for a competent and passionate Food Expeditor (Expo) to join our culinary team. As an expeditor, you will serve as a point of contact for the kitchen and wait staff. You will assist and manage the final preparation of various dishes, as well as control and oversee dishes before they leave the kitchen. Join us in serving up the best elevated comfort food in town!
