The Operations Manager sits on the core of our business. Dedicated to provide the best fitness experience to our members by providing outstanding customer service and creating a healthy, clean and fun environment for them to enjoy. They are responsible for maintaining the facilities in optimum conditions through the coordination with internal departments and vendors. They are also responsible for the hiring, training and developing club staff, this includes front desk, janitorial and child care. An important part of their duties is to resolve all membership issues, update past due accounts, manage payroll and supply budgets, and uphold company standards.
We offer the opportunity to be promoted to higher management positions such as Member Service Manager, Area Manager and District Manager. They are full-time, receive paid vacation, full medical benefits, vision and dental benefits, as well as a complimentary membership. Salary is based on an hourly rate plus commission and receive a complimentary membership.
