As an LA Fitness Sales Counselor, you will be responsible for promoting and selling LA Fitness memberships to prospective members. You will serve as the face of the company, meeting and greeting potential members, providing them with information about LA Fitness, and helping them select a membership package that best suits their needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Actively prospect and generate leads to reach out to potential members and schedule appointments to tour the facility
• Conduct tours of the facility, highlighting the features and benefits of membership, and addressing any questions or concerns the potential member may have
• Meet or exceed monthly sales goals, while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction
• Build relationships with current and potential members to create a positive experience and drive member retention
• Maintain accurate records of all prospecting, lead generation, and sales activities using company-approved software
• Attend regular sales meetings and training sessions to stay up-to-date on product knowledge, sales techniques, and company policies
• Perform other duties as assigned by the management team

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; some college coursework or a college degree preferred
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with potential members
• Results-driven with a demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales goals
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Basic computer skills and experience with customer relationship management software
• Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening
