As an Accounts Receivable Specialist at La Fermiere, you will play a crucial role in managing our receivables and ensuring timely collection of payments. You will work closely with our finance team to maintain accurate records, resolve billing discrepancies, and optimize our accounts receivable processes to support the financial health of our business.

Job Duties:

· Generate and send out invoices to customers in a timely manner, ensuring accuracy and compliance with billing policies

· Monitor accounts receivable aging reports and follow up with customers to collect outstanding payments via phone, email or mail

· Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies or disputes promptly, collaborating with manager and customers as needed

· Provide regular reports and updates on accounts receivable status, aging, and collection efforts to management

· Maintain accurate customer records, including contact information and payment terms

· Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes, including preparation of aging reports and reconciliation of accounts receivable balances

· Establishing and maintaining relationships with new and existing clients.

· Make sure all disputes are made in a timely manner and update financial controller weekly of the status

· Ad-hoc request from Financial controller such as top 3 distributors, top stores, etc

Requirements:

· Accounting or finance degree is preferred

· 2 years of experience in Accounts Receivable or related financial roles

· Understanding of basic principles of finance, accounting, and bookkeeping

· Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

· Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively in a fast-paced environment

· Excellent collaboration and communication abilities

· Ability to maintain confidentiality of company and partner information

· Strong mathematical skills and used to work with Excel and different ERP systems

· Commitment to integrity, accuracy, and confidentiality in handling financial information

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
