Responsibilities: Providing an exceptional customer purchasing experience. Presenting vehicles to customers to assist them in their buying decision. Using the Customer Management System to ensure timely, professional follow-up. Maintaining strong relationships with sold and prospective customers. The Sales Representative II is trained on F&I and provides back-up to the F&I Manager as needed. Qualifications: Experience in automotive sales required A genuine focus on customer service. Excellent organizational and time management skills required. Team player with excellent judgment, integrity and communication skills. Team Builder - Acts as a role model within the department while effectively providing feedback and earning respect as a leader.
