This is done in an environment where learning unfolds though stimulating play, exploration, and curriculum.We are seeking a caring individual who is dedicated to children's education and committed to fostering a warm, welcoming environment for our children and families. At L&L, we are proud to give our teachers the opportunity to express their passion by creating their own lesson plans and classroom curriculum.Our ideal candidate will have at least one year teaching experience (preferred not required).In appreciation of the time and devotion put into this role, the hired candidate will receive overtime paid at 1.5x his/her regular rate. In addition to competitive salary, we offer many levels of insurance including health, dental, vision, short-term disability, long-term disability, and life. L&L pays for 50% of yearly premium on health insurance. We also offer a retirement plan (eligible 1 year after hire) in which the company contributes a match of up to 4%. Our teachers receive 10 days of paid time off in addition to all Holidays and school closures. Childcare for Lead Teachers is discounted 50%.
