Required Skills and Experience:

Duties:
- Plan and implement age-appropriate lesson plans and activities for preschool children.
- Create a safe and nurturing environment that promotes learning and development.
- Provide individualized attention and support to each child.
- Monitor and assess the progress of each child's development.
- Collaborate with parents and communicate regularly about their child's progress.
- Maintain a clean and organized classroom environment.
- Foster a positive and inclusive classroom culture.
- Implement effective classroom management strategies.
Skills:
- Strong knowledge of early childhood development principles and practices.
- Ability to create engaging and interactive lesson plans.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with children, parents, and colleagues.
- Strong organizational skills to manage classroom materials and resources.
- Patience, empathy, and understanding in working with young children.
- Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet the diverse needs of children.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field (preferred).
- Experience working with preschool-aged children in a daycare or educational setting.
- Knowledge of early childhood education standards and regulations.
- CPR and First Aid certification (preferred).
- Passion for educating young children and fostering their growth.
