L&E Oyster Bar is Hiring a Floor Manager Near Los Angeles, CA
We are on the lookout for an experienced and passionate Floor Manager to join us at L&E Oyster Bar in Silverlake. The ideal candidate should have a deep appreciation for food, hospitality, organization, community and creating memorable guest experiences.
Responsibilities Include:
- Supervising the restaurant's daily operations and staff
- Ensuring guests receive prompt, friendly, and personalized service
- Building rapport with regular patrons and welcoming new guests
- Resolving any guest concerns with professionalism and care
- Collaborating with the kitchen team to maintain food and service quality
- Training and mentoring staff to uphold Bianca's high standards
- Upholding all safety and sanitation standards in the restaurant
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience in a supervisory role in a upscale casual setting
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills
- A team-oriented mindset and ability to work collaboratively
- Flexibility with scheduling, including availability on nights, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Passion for the culinary arts and a desire to contribute to a high-quality dining experience
- If hired, must have Food Handler Certification and RBS Certification
