L Amy America is Hiring an Outside Sales Representative Near Richmond, VA
L'Amy America is seeking a dynamic eyewear sales professional with a demonstrated entrepreneurial spirit to represent its optical frame and sunglass collections to eye care practitioners. We are experiencing EXPLOSIVE GROWTH and are looking to add talented driven people who want to be part of something special! Territory would be covering half of the state of Virginia (East and North). Richmond, VA or is the ideal location for the candidate to reside. Existing base of business with huge opportunity for additional new business. No cap on commissions.
Position Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of successful outside sales experience. A background in optical is preferred but not required
- Hunter mentality for successful cold calling is a must
- Proven ability to develop business relationships and an account base
- Commitment to achieving sales goals and expanding market share
- Effective communication and organizational skills
- Commitment to excellent customer service
- Computer literate-ability to use an iPad
- Out of the box thinker with a strong drive to succeed
- Ability to make sales presentations and have business conversations
- A bachelor's degree is preferred but not required

L'Amy's commission-driven compensation packages and innovative sales programs are designed to offer successful sales professionals with unlimited earnings potential.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year

Travel requirement:
- Up to 100% travel
