Direct Care staff assist individuals with their daily living skills such as cooking, cleaning, medications, and goal attainment as well as assisting individuals with community outings and teaching social skills. Staff are to provide opportunities for individuals to be as independent as possible, to develop relationships with others, and to be involved in their community.
