The Overnight Residential Services Staff functions in an overnight awake capacity. This individual is responsible to the Program Supervisor for the health and safety of the person served, and for providing support to the person served in the event of a crisis or emergency situation or in other times of need. This role is also responsible for routine medication counts, and for site cleanliness, security, and safety.

Alongside team members, the Overnight Residential Services Staff assists in ensuring that daily operations within the work group are consistent with TSI's mission statement and guiding principles.

** Schedule: Overnight 10P - 8A - Monday through Thursday **

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or G.E.D and 1 year of human services work experience or a related associate degree
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• The ability to use core rehabilitation skills and to work as part of an interdisciplinary team are required.
• The ability to perform basic computer data entry is also required.
