Responsibilities:
Maintain Organization: Ensure the kitchen and preparation stations are consistently set up and well-stocked, contributing to the seamless flow of operations.
Food Preparation Support: Assist in the preparation of simple components for each dish on the menu, including chopping vegetables, cutting meat, and preparing sauces.
Communication and Collaboration: Report to the executive chef, follow instructions diligently, and collaborate effectively with kitchen staff to uphold culinary standards.
Sanitation Standards: Guarantee that food preparation and storage areas adhere to health and safety standards, maintaining a clean and hygienic workspace.
Inventory Management: Keep track of inventory levels and supplies, facilitating a smooth workflow in the kitchen.
Assist in Cooking: Work alongside kitchen staff to cook menu items, contributing to the overall efficiency and success of meal preparation.
