As an Accounts Receivable/Collections Specialist you will maintain constant reports on aging, analysis, DSO goals.

Responsible of daily collections pertaining to customer base
Monitor all customers’ accounts for statement accuracy
Research transaction and journal invoices
Meeting company DSO and reserved goals
Process credit card requests
Prepare monthly and quarterly aging reports
Assist with period closing
Make collection calls on past due accounts
Required:
Minimum of two years of accounts receivable/collections experience
Familiarity with entry level accounting
Knowledge of PC’s using Micro Soft Office, Lotus Notes and eAuto
Preferred:
Good interpersonal communication and data entry skills

The typical pay range for this role is $55,000.00-69,000.00. This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography, and other relevant factors.
