Kusshi (屈指) means “one of the best'' in Japanese, and we hold pride in serving the freshest fish and providing an overall experience that guest can remember. The lead server position is aimed at finding a candidate who wants to dip their toes into restaurant management without diving into the deep end. LEAD SERVERS EXPECTATIONS::

• Willing to learn and become knowledgeable on all menu items and culture;
• Impeccable steps of service;
• Charisma; Passion for Training; Willingness towards growth in Service and Hospitality Management
• 2-3 years’ experience is preferred
• Average Sales - $1000 on weekdays; $2000 on weekends
• Full time (30-40 hours a week); THIS IS NOT A TEMPORARY POSITION

LEAD SERVERS RESPONSIBILITIES::

• Opening & Closing the restaurant at least 3 times week
• Work with Management to refine and implement training regiment
• Become the tip of the spear towards overall team dynamic and uplifting culture .
