The Graphic Designer is a member of the graphic design team responsible for creating all static graphics and imagery for the Group and is the keeper of the brand standards.

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Create, establish and communicate Brand Standards for the Group. Maintain logo files and instructions
• Comply with brand standards on all jobs. Communicate issues with deliverables to requestor.
• Create visually appealing and effective graphics that suit all the needs of the Group
• Create files for effective printing when necessary
• Communicate schedules, backlogs and issues with the Director of Marketing and Regional Marketing Managers
• Work with marketing team production coordinator to set deliverability expectations
• Coordinate jobs and schedules with the graphic design team. Maintain understandable and well organized file system for all graphics and projects

Required Skills/Abilities:

• Excellent skills and understanding of design principles
• Excellent knowledge and proficiency in using Adobe Creative Suite products.
• Excellent communication skills including active listening.
• Proficient computer skills with the ability to learn new software.
• Excellent understanding of when a graphic design file requires standard architecture for print or reproduction, and when a minimum viable flat product is acceptable.

Education and Experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent. Bachelor’s Degree preferred.

Physical Requirements:

• Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
• Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
