As a Kum & Go Assistant Manager, youre learning every aspect of running a store. The skys the limit when you go above and beyond for our customers and lead a successful team! **What You'll Do as an Assistant Manager**

* Recruit, train and develop the best associates to drive a high performance team that consistently exceed customer expectations

* Oversee Inventory management which includes managing relationships with vendors

* Maximize store sales with high level of execution of merchandising and marketing programs

* Proficiently executes job responsibilities within the following areas: associate orientation, customer orientation and food presentation/concept execution (ie: daily books, completing CGO counts, completing daily checklist, following food concept program guidelines)

* Assess store condition and customer service levels and correct issues with limited direction.

* Assist in managing controllable cost by being educated on procedures for reducing inventory control, cash control, margin objectives and day-to-day operations expenses

* Responsible for ensuring personnel/payroll related administrative duties are completed accurately, on time and in accordance with company policies and procedures

* Motivate and engage the store team to execute store goals

* Demonstrate an ability to support a positive work environment

* Exhibits professionalism in appearance, conduct and judgment
