We are looking for a Front Of House Team Member to join our family owned restaurant in the heart of Sawmill Market. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, taking orders, handling payments, and ensuring that all customers have a pleasant dining experience. This position requires strong communication skills, the ability to multitask, and a passion for providing exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will be organized, detail-oriented, and have a friendly and outgoing personality. Preferred shifts including Friday - Sundays, but we offer flexible scheduling.
Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and take orders.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by providing quality service.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Assist in the preparation of food items.
- Ensure that all food items are prepared according to company standards.
- Communicate effectively with other team members and customers.
- Process payments and handle cash transactions.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 30 per week
