Kuehne + Nagel is Hiring a Regional Contract Logistics Testing Manager Near Charlotte, NC

Responsible as overall Test Manager for any assigned projects – bringing together cross-functional teams involved in the execution of large scale systems testing. This involves coordinating project resources from IS, Automation, and Process & Operations to deliver successfully and completely validated systems.
Development and maintaining the overall test strategy for any assigned projects.
Monitoring of test progress and results, checking the status of exit criteria (or definition of done) to facilitate test completion activities.
Adapt planning based on test results and progress and take any necessary actions for test control.
Determining test approaches, estimating test time, effort, and cost – defining test levels, and planning defect management.
Mentor for team members and provide guidance on testing / systems validation best practices and techniques.
SME in Warehouse Management Systems, Warehouse Execution/Control Systems, and general Warehouse Automation technology.
SME in complex systems integration involving multiple technologies and software solutions.
Regionallyresponsible to cross-functionally build & and align testing executionstandards, including templatizing the process for various systems and solution.
