- Responsible to handle/ follow up deviation issuescases for own clients/transports.
- Coordinate work with other Kuehne Nagel products/offices/departments/teamnationally to optimize workflow and maintain high client loyalty.
- Participate in client continuous improvements in accordance with company vision,strategy and mission.
- Secure proper and high quality internal and external reportingand system registration, FSL closure and other relevant reporting.
- Proactively seek tolearn, understand and act as an advisor on logistics and forwarding solutionsfor clients and the respective market/ industry.
- Represent the company ininternal, external and relevant virtual forums.
- Understand, follow andpromote Kuehne Nagel Code of Conduct
- Report to Ohio Valley, Air Logistics Manager
- Shifts: Monday- Friday 8:30 am-5pm (onsite)
