Full Job Description
We are a Microsoft partner that implements the entire Microsoft Stack for companies across the United States. Our growing company is seeking to hire a Project Manager that has experience implementing Dynamics 365 BC. This position is responsible for developing and monitoring project plans, schedules, work hours, organizing and participating in stakeholder meetings, and ensuring that project deadlines are met in a timely manner.
To be successful as a Project Manager, you will need to be able to work on tight deadlines, be competent in using Microsoft Office applications such as Word and Excel, Project Management applications like Microsoft Project or SmartSheet and have exceptional verbal, written, and presentation skills. A bachelor's degree in a related field of study or at least three (2) years of relevant experience is required for consideration.
Responsibilities
- Maintaining and monitoring project plans, project schedules,
- Organizing, attending and participating in client meetings.
- Documenting and following up on important actions and decisions from meetings.
- Preparing necessary presentation materials for meetings.
- Act as the point of contact and communicate project status to all participants
- Preparing status reports by gathering, analyzing and summarizing relevant information.
- Facilitating change requests to ensure that all parties are informed of the impacts on schedule and budget.
- Ensuring projects adhere to frameworks and all documentation is maintained appropriately for each project.
- Create and maintain a centralized project management calendar for all client projects and consulting resources.
- Obtaining client acceptance of project deliverables.
- Conducting post project evaluation and identifying successful and unsuccessful project elements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
- Fundamental knowledge of IT projects in project planning and management
- Strong verbal, written, and organizational skills
- Experience working in projects implementing Microsoft Solutions
- Experience using tools used to manage projects such as Microsoft Project, or SmartSheet
- Proven work experience as a Project Manager or similar role
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $95,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
