Works closely with the field training manager and scheduling manager to coordinate appropriate training for new employees, assisting in coverage for open shifts and providing breaks as needed.

Interacts, engages, addresses, and resolves specifically with front-line workers.

Consistently conducts site visits and inspections, ensuring company vehicles and property are safe and secure.

Knowledge of the security industry and operations.

Needs to have management experience, preferably in the security or training field.

Valid state driver's license.

The applicant needs current state security guard card certification or is willing to get one.
