Traffic Manager Key Responsibilities:
Project Coordination: Collaborate with client, strategy, and creative teams to develop schedules that ensure high-quality deliverables.
Workflow Management: Maintain a comprehensive understanding of agency workload and manage multiple projects at various stages from kick-off to delivery.
Status Reporting: Prepare and deliver daily status reports on all active jobs.
Problem Solving: Anticipate and address bottlenecks or resource/timing issues with proactive solutions.
Task Prioritization: Prioritize tasks to ensure projects are completed on time and to a high standard.
Stakeholder Communication: Keep our project management tool, Asana, up to date and ensure all work is reviewed by appropriate stakeholders before client delivery.
Quality Control: Proofread all content and arrange external proofing as needed.
File Management: Organize and archive electronic files for creative and production work.
Vendor Coordination: Collaborate with media buyers on production specs and meet all publication deadlines.
Production Delivery: Deliver production-ready files to vendors for print, digital, and broadcast media.
Campaign Management: Implement campaign tags, including creating URLs and UTM codes for all non-paid media jobs.
Process Improvement: Continuously optimize agency workflow, scheduling, and production delivery.
