Job Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Replenishment Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring product availability by restocking and organizing merchandise in a retail or warehouse setting.

Duties:
- Efficiently replenish and restock merchandise on shelves and in storage areas
- Perform regular inventory checks to identify low stock items
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the stocking area
- Operate forklifts or other equipment to move heavy items
- Assist with packaging and labeling products as needed

Experience:
- Prior experience in a retail, warehouse, or production environment preferred
- Ability to perform heavy lifting and operate forklifts safely
- Proficiency in retail math for accurate stocking and inventory management
- Strong organizational skills to maintain a tidy and efficient workspace
- Bilingual proficiency is a plus for effective communication with diverse team members
