Job Summary:
We are seeking a Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced retail environment.

Duties:
- Provide exceptional customer service to all clients
- Utilize retail math skills to process transactions accurately
- Operate cash registers and handle financial transactions
- Assist customers in selecting and purchasing electronics and jewelry
- Maintain stock levels and ensure merchandise displays are visually appealing
- Utilize POS systems effectively to process sales
- Demonstrate product knowledge to assist customers with inquiries
- Utilize phone etiquette when communicating with customers

Requirements:
- Previous experience in retail sales, electronics sales, or jewelry sales preferred
- Proficiency in retail math and cash register operation
- Bilingual proficiency is a plus
- Strong sales skills and customer service orientation
- Ability to work in a team environment and independently
- Excellent communication skills and phone etiquette
