Job Description:
As a Hospice RN, you'll embark on a journey like no other, providing compassionate care to patients in the comfort of their own homes. But here's the twist - you'll be traveling from home to home, bringing joy, comfort, and medical expertise to those in need, all while experiencing the thrill of exploration!

Responsibilities:

• Provide skilled nursing care and emotional support to hospice patients and their families in various locations.
• Conduct assessments, develop care plans, and implement nursing interventions tailored to each patient's unique needs.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure holistic care for patients, including physicians, social workers, and spiritual counselors.
• Administer medications, manage symptoms, and monitor patient progress with compassion and empathy.
• Educate patients and families on disease processes, treatment options, and end-of-life care to promote understanding and empowerment.
• Maintain accurate documentation and communicate effectively with the healthcare team to ensure continuity of care.

Qualifications:

• Active RN license with a minimum of 2 of clinical experience in hospice, palliative care, or a related field.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to connect with patients and families from diverse backgrounds.
• A sense of adventure and flexibility to travel to different locations within about 30 minutes.
• Compassion, empathy, and a genuine desire to make a meaningful difference in the lives of others.
• Ability to adapt to changing environments and navigate various challenges with resilience and positivity.

Pay: $85,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
