The Healing Arts Desk Supervisor and trainer is a member of the Healing Arts management team and is responsible for the front-end interface connecting guests to the Healing Arts Department. The Healing Arts Desk Supervisor trains and supervises the Advisor Team for the Healing Arts Reception Area as well as trains Guest Services and Shop associates. They are responsible for leading the team to achieve high levels of customer satisfaction as well as support the operations of Healing Arts. The HA Desk Supervisor is responsible for follow-up with all booking agents in Registrations and Front Desk to ensure guests experience through effective booking techniques with exceptional customer service and adherence to departmental guidelines.
