Fleet/Commercial Sales Consultant
As a Fleet/Commercial Sales Consultant at Krieger Ford, you will play a crucial role in expanding our commercial client base and maintaining strong relationships with existing customers. Your primary responsibility will be to understand the unique requirements of businesses and organizations and provide them with tailored vehicle solutions from our extensive inventory. Responsibilities: Identify and target potential commercial clients, including businesses, government agencies, and fleet operators. Cultivate and nurture relationships with existing commercial customers to foster repeat business and referrals. Conduct comprehensive needs assessments to determine clients' fleet requirements and recommend suitable vehicle options. Coordinate product demonstrations and test drives to showcase the features and benefits of our vehicles. Collaborate with our finance and leasing departments to offer competitive financing and leasing solutions to clients. Negotiate pricing and terms to close sales while ensuring profitability for Krieger Ford. Liaise with our service department to facilitate timely delivery and servicing of fleet vehicles. Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and market dynamics to effectively position our products and services.
Job Requirement:Qualifications: Proven track record of success in commercial or fleet sales, preferably within the automotive industry. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and credibility with clients. Strong negotiation and closing abilities, coupled with a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service. Self-motivated and results-oriented, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team. Knowledge of commercial vehicle specifications, features, and applications is advantageous. Possession of a valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
