The Role:

The Executive Sales Manager will use their influencing and relationship-building skills, you provide world-class client service, research, and market analysis. You anticipate how decisions are made, persistently explore and uncover the business needs of key clients and understand how our range of product offerings can grow their business. You set the vision and the strategy for how their advertising can reach thousands of users. With the growth of our Account Management and Account Executive teams, we need leaders to help guide our sales teams to success. As Team Lead, you will mentor a team of Account Managers and/or Account Executives to deliver TMS' suite of digital products and build a consultative end to end sales approach to surpass client objectives. You'll work closely Sales leadership team to manage the existing pipeline, set strategic objectives and run the day-to-day operations for the business. You will focus the team on reaching sales goals, and consistently provide updates to leadership on the team's progress and needs.

Requirements

4 Years Of Sales Management Experience
Strong Relationships Within A Specific Region and/or Vertical
Experience In Building A Book Of Business, Ensuring The Management And Fulfillment Of Strategic Targets, And In Developing Associated Agreements
Experience In Educating New Advertisers On The Benefits Of Transitioning From Traditional Media To Digital Marketing Strategies
A Proven Track Record Of Exceeding Quota Attainment
Effective Communication Skills, With The Ability To Provide Comprehensive Advertising Solutions To Prospective Clients
Degree
10 Years Of Experience In Digital Advertising Sales
Experience In Developing Relationships With New Customers, And Considerable Year Over Year Growth Across Existing Customers
Proven Track Record Of Success
Developed Sales Experience
Demonstrated Understanding Of The Online Advertising Industry
Independent Self-Starter, Comfortable With Ambiguity, And With The Ability To Thrive In A Team Environment
Responsibilities
Manage the core sales team to deliver best in class strategy, planning, optimizations, and post-campaign insights to ensure significant client retention and growth across full TMS product offering
Grow senior level relationships across a diverse book of business including agencies, brands, and holding companies
Collaborate with leaders of other company teams to develop cross-functional opportunities to provide client solutions above and beyond existing offerings.
