We are seeking a detail-oriented Surgery Scheduler to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Schedule surgeries, procedures, and consultations for patients
- Coordinate with medical staff, surgeons, and patients to arrange appointments
- Verify patient information, insurance details, and medical history
- Communicate pre-operative instructions and necessary preparations to patients
Position is hybrid with the bulk of the time being remote.
Experience:
- Surgery scheduling experience necessary, Anesthesia experience preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with patients and healthcare professionals
ARIZONA RESIDENTS ONLY, Phoenix preferably.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
