- Competitive salary

- Perform clerical duties such as answering phones, answering emails, maintaining patient’s surgical documents, and uploading of surgical clearance, surgical packets, surgical consents, and orders into the patient's EMR.
- Schedule surgical procedures with Hospitals and Surgery Centers based on the provider's needs.
- Create Surgical Packets
- Coordinate Anesthesia coverage for surgical procedures as needed
- Set up post‐surgical appointments
- Work on surgical referrals created by the providers and actions daily‐ prioritize urgency.
- Bilingual (Spanish/English)
- eClinical Works experience a plus
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a medical office setting
- Ability to efficiently communicate
- Works well in a group setting or individual setting based on company needs
- Podiatry experience a plus
- Organizational Skills
- Basic knowledge of ICD‐10 Codes and CPT Codes
